1. Booking and Payments
All tour bookings must be confirmed in advance via phone, email, WhatsApp, or our website.
A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Prices mentioned on the site are subject to change without prior notice.
Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour will receive a partial or full refund based on the package and situation.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour may not be eligible for a refund.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged the full tour amount.
3. Tour Modifications
Kodai Trails reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to bad weather, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, we will try to reschedule or provide an alternative tour or refund where applicable.
4. Travel Safety and Insurance
While we prioritize your safety, guests are responsible for their own belongings and personal health.
We recommend having your own travel insurance.
Our vehicles are maintained for safety and comfort, but Kodai Trails is not liable for injury, theft, or losses during the tour.
5. Conduct and Responsibility
Guests are expected to behave respectfully with guides, drivers, and other travelers.
Any illegal or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour with no refund.
Damages to vehicles or property caused by a guest must be compensated by the guest.
6. Use of Website
All content, images, and text on this website are owned by Kodai Trails and may not be reused without permission.
You agree not to misuse the website or attempt any fraudulent bookings.
7. Changes to Terms
